If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Splash Canine Swim Club, we may use SMS to communicate with you about your membership application, membership status, appointments, bookings, and other service-related information.

• Confirmation or reminders for appointments

• Changes or updates to your bookings

• Information needed to manage your membership or appointments

These messages are intended for service and administrative purposes and are not used to send promotional or marketing offers.

Message frequency will vary based on your activity with Splash Canine Swim Club. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message or by contacting us at hello@splashcanine.ca.

If you opt out of SMS messages, we may still contact you by email or another available method when communication is necessary to manage your membership, application, or appointments.
